inspector. Many years of building and inspection experience give
our inspectors insight and construction know-how regarding every

Once your inspection is complete, every concern is detailed. Appliances
and equipment are listed with the name of the manufacturer and model/serial
numbers. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems are tested. The
roof, frame, foundation, attic, crawl space, etc. are visually checked
for condition and inspector recommendations. Each report includes
a Report Summary for quick reference and next day E-mail or fax.

| Your report will include color pictures using the latest in
digital color and image enhancement. Photographs are taken for
the purpose of documentation to establish location and to give
you a portfolio for reference and future enjoyment. |

Because our inspectors are building code experts, we will gladly answer
your code compliance questions. But, this is not a "retrofit
inspection" and we don't write "violations". The inspection
report is the written opinion of an honest professional to inform,
document and disclose property condition.
